Foals - Digipak

The front cover is what appears to be a tilt upwards view of people in the sea. The album is called ‘Total life Forever’ the photo links to the title as there is this theme of freedom involved. The colours used are blue and black you could say that blue and black have connotations to sadness and oppression. However personally I think the colour blue is used because they are in the sea and they are giving the album life. The font is very bold and traditional, by this I mean it’s the same on every other album they have done.

There is not much to say about this page as it is the same photo on the cover just without the text giving you a fuller version. This tells us the band like to keep things simple and consent.

This image appears to have fishes and coral on it linking to the sea theme on the front cover. White text is placed alongside the edging of the Cd of the record company and the logo. The effect of this is the disc is what hold the music and so the record company helped produce it so it only seems right to have the company on the Cd.

As like most Cds the track listing is on the back of the Cd. Titles such as ‘Spanish Sahra’ and ‘2 Trees’ links the freedom of life theme throughout.
